Enhanced Death Canyon

Extra enemy spawners are removed so you can explore whole canyon!
Added hole in the wall and Thanadrax made another side route where 17% of enemies come.
Otherwise it uses same Death canyon spawns as a base but did many bug fixes and improvements croteam did not.
Map also has 3 secrets.

New big spawn waves on 15, 20, 22:30, 25 min etc. while old canyon spawns continue whole time.
Clearing the map takes too long still.

Update 1.5
- Khnums, kleers, kamikaze and bulls spawn further.
- Bull spawner changed to maintainspawner,meaning they have death delay now
- Detector area changes and they activate automatically after X time
- Fixed arachnoid falling through
- Added 4 more spec cams
- Bull logic change (-100 m smaller range they notice you)
- Added more bulls on coop (2 bull maintain spawner)
- Spawn changes and 1 new spawn after 30 min
- Khnum death delay increased by few secs
- Split some 50 healths to two 25 ones and added 25 health
