From a series of non-polluting (So safe to plop next to Residential and Commercial like real life) Industrial RICO buildings for your City Centre/Downtown Fabric District or light industrial fringe, based on buildings in Melbourne CBD, Australia

Based on the WD Wills Warehouse, Swanston St Melbourne. now an RMIT university building

@HayleyFan219, people dont leave the lights on in small industrial buildings after work at nighttime ;) The buildings that would be lit up at night in this series do have after dark lights
