Nacka PDXCON2018 contest submission

The mayor of Stockholm has gone a bit nuts in her excitement for #PDXCON2018, which will be hosted in May at the Nacka Strandsmässan, a renovated car factory. Not only has she replaced the charming tiny islands of Ängsholmen, Rövarns holme, and Libertas with a colossal land reclamation project in the shape of the Cities:Skylines logo, but she has also installed a Deep Space Radar to send and receive gaming broadcasts from the convention hall. The traffic in Nacka is due to increase, so you might want to consider taking a blimp!
