Dynamic Difficulty - Unlock Sub-Mod

Changes the main menu of Dynamic Difficulty 2.2.x - Ultimate Customization AND Dynamic Difficulty - Ultimate Customization to have an option to remove the "Difficulty Lock" that can be activated in the main mod.

This is just meant for removing accidentally applied locks and should not be activated by default, especially not in multiplayer games, as it destroys the purpose of the lock.

This sub-mod also changes the checksum and can thus not be activated by other players in MP if the host does not have it active.
