Shattered Logic's Adjustments For After the End

A few tweaks I've made specifically for After the End for the purposes of fun and balance.

• Created separate game rules for Jade Dragon's force vassalize and ducal conquest CBs (should make it a little harder to blob while still allowing for use of some of Jade Dragon's other CBs)
  
• Created a game rule that allows you to choose whether or not you can plot to kill your own children
  
• Integrated the Factional Rebalance mod by General Kysieran, which adds several balance changes and game rules to make blobbing more difficult
  
• Unlocked a few traits in the Ruler Designer (use at your own risk), and added some Ruler Designer-specific traits from CK2Plus (used with permission) that allow you to set your age independent of skills and traits. These two changes combined allow for a much greater amount of freedom when using the ruler designer.

These changes should make for a more interesting After the End game. Suggestions for small tweaks are welcome, though I make no guarantees that I'll include everything that is suggested.
