ULX DarkRP Leveling System Integration

I had this code somewhere on my pc but couldn't find it on the workshop so I decided to upload it.
Please bear in mind that I did not make this and whoever came up with it deserves the credit.

It adds the following two commands used to control the players xp.

• !addxp [player name] [xp value]
  
• !setlevel [player name] [level value]

Notice:
I know this creates some minor errors but the commands still do work and this should not effect your gameplay at all as long as don't spam the commands.
