red boats and piers

this is a pack of 2 boats and 2 piers by Mic CrossHill. With his permission, I have re-exported them with the "WaterCleanerAI" from the "Floating Garbage Collector" template from Green Cities so that they no longer sink to the bottom of the sea when you zoom out. This is a stopgap solution for the LOD bug with the floating shader.

I also added red lights to each asset which is purely for my PDXCON contest submission. My submission is also why I need to share these to the workshop. If you have ideas on how to fix this bug with the floating shader, please post in this thread on Simtropolis:
