Fallout - a computer role-playing game, which takes place in the world that survived the nuclear war. The game, released in 1997 by Interplay Entertainment, was developed by its structural unit Black Isle Studios[4]. One of the most famous works of post-apocalyptic genre. At the stage of development it was assumed that Fallout would be the actual continuation of the game Wasteland, but due to the lack of at that time the company Interplay rights to Wasteland Fallout game was not its official continuation[5][6]. For the game was developed its own role-playing system, called SPECIAL and replaced the system GURPS, the use of which was originally planned.
