John Charles In His Prime

This one took time and a lot of research to get just right, and I hope I've done this fantastic player and human being justice. One of the first British players to take their trade abroad, and the first to do so successfully, John Charles was considered world class as both a center back and center forward, succesfully scoring hundreds of goals while successfully keeping them out as well. Unlike most players though, he's even better remembered for his sportsmanship and kindness as a human being, earning him the nickname "Il Gigante Buono," or "The Gentle Giant." He followed a strict philosophy throughout his entire career to never kick or hit another player, and was never once sent off during a match in his 25-year career.

No matter what you do with him, this is John Charles in his prime.
