Another Collaborative work between me and Sir Bombegranate. Happy Easter Everyone :D

Let me know if you experience any problems, I had a number of issues that went away.

After talking to Bombegranate, we both seemed to experience issues with having this and the Easter flag installed at the same time. I'll be looking into this over time.

*UPDATE* Bombegranate tells me that the Easter flag mod comes with the files from the cute icons pack. Therefore it conflicts with the custom icon for our boomers.
