When the original Neon Rider fell during the events of the 3rd chapter of the saga and his mysterious replacement went missing- His absence did not go unnoticed. The Neon Rider stood for justice in a blood tinged city that had none, and a group of young individuals stepped in to fill the void and carry on his legacy. They became known as the class of 1984, and would strike fear into those criminal elements that threatened Neon City.

The saga continues on the Ak-47, and there are further chapters planned for down the line. This skin was a collaboration with KC-Sir, a talented workshopper who deserves to get a skin or two in!
