custom stat caps

Pretty simple, just lets you put a cap on your stats that can be lower than the built-in caps.

Can be used to increase difficulty or to do things like capping shot speed so it never gets to the point where tears just disappear, or capping damage so that tears can't fill the entire screen.

Just install the Mod Config Menu and you can adjust the settings at any time during the game.


If you don't have the mod config menu installed you can open the console by pressing ~ and type one of the below commands where X is 0 or greater, using -1 will just apply the games default cap.
"damagecap X"
"teardelaycap X" (or "tearratecap X" on Repentance)
"rangecap X"
"shotspeedcap X"
"movespeedcap X"
"luckcap X"

You can also use "viewstatcaps" to check your current settings and "resetstatcaps" to reset them to default.
