Has requested, here is my own take on a vanilla infantry mod. It is meant as an expansion of the game, i tried to stay has close as possible to the game's art style while introducing new unit types and new strategies.

This mod is also very cool to use with my other mods like the Xenomorphs, THEM or Mercs. Nothing like seeing a bunch of marines getting slaughtered by aliens.

Could you nerf the Mortar teams? Their combat abilities surpass the artillery in an awkward manner. According to the stats within the factories, the only thing that mortar teams lack compared to self-propelled artillery pieces is that they have 20 less health. The mortar teams have the same damage, speed, and range when compared with one another, not to mention they are far cheaper to produce.

Could you take this request into consideration for this aged mod of four years?
