A nice little ice cream shop in Portage, Indiana established in 1967. In real life, there's an extra parking lot, a shed, and a picnic area with tables nearby.

*Main model: 1,844 tris with 512x2048 textures.
*LOD model: 92 tris with 128x128 textures.

Is there any that kind of 1-way drive thru way without sidewalks and you can place assets? I mean in whole workshop?

You know that part in Up when the kid talks about the sidewalk in front of the ice cream shop and the red and blue cars? Well this was my sidewalk. I wonder if the “home of the Mad Ants” sign is still there? 😂😂

@surtfield there's a really old abandoned gas station nearby with a cemetery on the other side. They make the best banana milkshakes!
