HV-Water Skeeter

I wanted to make a LVL 3 HV requiring 100 ingots (or less) for players to spawn in early survival games.

It's a pretty bare-bones build, with O2, 3 storage boxes, one minigun, an ammo box, and a constructor.

Sorry, constructors, booster pads, and spotlights are LVL 5 so I left them out, but it can be upgraded.

Constructive feedback is welcome, and I do not mind if you modify my design and re-post the ship.
As long as you give me credit for the original in your notes.
