allows you to wear novice adept and apprentice hood's and sitll equip circlets
this is my first mod please give feedback and enjoy!

the snow elf you see is from the mod playable snow elf race
i have nothing to do with playable snow elf race mod
all credit goes to the creater.

the bandolier i am wearing is from the bandolier mod i have no connection to the bandolier mod
all credit goes to the owner

every one says there are no expert and master hoods...but im pretty sure they are sold by the restoration girl at the college
