[AGI] UV-68a Actor (Utility Vehicle)

Design of the UV-68 began as a need for specialized utility vehicle for the Argonaut Industries Security Division (ASD), but the design was quickly split for both civilian (UV-68a Actor) and military (UV-68b Actor Ranger) versions. While UV-68a Actor never gained the same following as UV-67 Myrmidon, it's still favored in situations where speed is considered more important than off-road capability.
