THIS ADDON IS NO LONGER BEING UPDATED

Spawn Restriction Addon Version 1.0.0
This addon is for the sole purpose of restricting certain spawnable items from the context menu (Q menu).

Commands
Enable or disable this plugin
restrictplus_enabled 0/1

Change mode for certain block. (0 disabled this restrictor, 1 restricts by list, 2 restricts by rank)
restrictplus_<type>_mode

Blocks items by a list separated by spaces. (This is applied to everyone including admins)
restrictplus_<type>_list

Restrict by rank. (0 allows everyone, 1 allows admins and higher, and 2 allows only superadmins.)
restrictplus_<type>_rank

Blockable Items
npc
swep
sent
object
vehicle
ragdoll
prop
effect

Does not work. Still allowing people to spawn who aren't superadmin
