This addon is for the sole purpose of restricting certain spawnable items from the context menu (Q menu).

Enable or disable this plugin
restrictplus_enabled 0/1

Change mode for certain block. (0 disabled this restrictor, 1 restricts by list, 2 restricts by rank)
restrictplus_<type>_mode

Blocks items by a list separated by spaces. (This is applied to everyone including admins)
restrictplus_<type>_list

Restrict by rank. (0 allows everyone, 1 allows admins and higher, and 2 allows only superadmins.)
restrictplus_<type>_rank
