Kazuhiko, also knows as "Red Wind" is a talented ring performer who fancies himself as a ninja warrior and kobudo master. With a very weird sense of humor and a colorful personality, he now joins the RWC roster to "elevate the level of the show" - as he says.

He can deliver some mean kicks and holds to his opponents and its not afraid to use weapons at all. He's currently also working for a promotion called FPW and intends to become champion at both companies at the same time.

After getting attacked by "The Followers" in PRW and standing his ground alone, Nagai has decided to improve his fighting style adding new moves to his arsenal. he also made new outfits for himself, to signal that transformation. This is a war he seems prepared to win.

He and Garo have a standing rivalry that goes beyond the ring, you see: they're shinobis from different schools and different styles, they kinda don't see eye to eye.

He's by no means a Mortal Kombat character.
