Jay Lethal

Jay Lethal is well known for his work for Ring of Honor and TNA. He has held both the ROH World and ROH World Television titles along with multiple X Division Championships in TNA.

Lethal debuted for Jersey All Pro Wrestling in 2001, and first appeared for ROH a few years later.

After beginning his ROH career as Hydro, he changed his ringname to Jay Lethal on the advice of Samoa Joe, who would become his mentor. Lethal would again change his gimmick in TNA, albeit for only a few years, to Black Machismo, a take on Randy Savage's Macho Man.

Lethal captured the ROH World Championship in June 2015 and held the belt for well over a year.
