An alternative to my 'No Special Forces' mod.

Things that changed:
- Special forces base cap increased from x0.05 multiplier to x25 multiplier (too much, eh?)
- Special forces minimum cap increased from 24 battalion to 768 battalion

don't install this mod, very outdated and uh 513 bytes?? apparently. must be a error since its from 2018 and a old mod.

guys this mod is basicaly compatible with mods that dont mess with the special forces cap and pretty much will work with the game unless paradox does some changes with the special forces stuff

Could you possibly make one just for amphibious tanks and mechanized? They really don't make any sense being special forces.
