Alco PA - Lehigh Valley

This mod adds a Lehigh Valley repaint of the generic Alco PA available in Transport Fever.

The Lehigh Valley (LV) was an American railroad operating in the northeastern United States (New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania). Primarily established to haul anthracite coal, the LV was sometimes known as the Route of the Black Diamond.

In 1948 the LV acquired 14 Alco PA's (#601-614), but no PB units. The paint scheme (Cornell Red with black stripes) was originally proposed by EMD for the FT units delivered in 1945. Subsequently, the paint scheme was adopted as the standard and applied to all units, including the Alco PA's.

• This mod adds new vehicles without altering anything in the game.
  
• Custom colors and logos have been disabled.
  
• An Alco PB unit has not been included because Lehigh Valley did not have any.

I've identified at least 3 inconsistancies. They are due to the 3D model being sleightly different than the Lehigh Valley units. I can do nothing about these without reworking the model. They are:

• Small unit number on side of nose is reversed on one side.
  
• The raised piece above the windshield didn't exist on Lehigh Valley units.
  
• The Lehigh Valley units have grill behind the cab doors.
