Light Holy Breastplate

This is a slimed down version of the Holy plate.

Lighter/less penaties, but it only covers the chest.

Craftable at the heavy smithy in two versions, standard holy nation white and the "mercenary plate" which is a black dyed version without the holy nation symbols.

This is my first real go at armor editing in blender, so there is a couple of small clipping issues under the arms of the male version which I'm still trying to sort out, nothing too noticable.

Thanks to OI_IO for his guide and helping me out through a few problems with this.
