To make it to the chip gate at the end, first reach and gather all the chips. Then move next to the firebox cloner so that the teeth is at its middle position, wait aand then step up one so the teeth moves to the upper button and then you should be able to rush 5D, 4L, 2U and 1R to gain the chip socket and then 1U to exit. The teeth having just spent a move going up should give you just enough time to squeeze past in front of the fireboxes.
