As far as true row homes are concerned, CSL is somewhat undersupplied, some say. This house here may help to satisfy the demand a little. Comes in two versions, the difference between which is only their positioning on the lot, so you can create staggered lines of houses instead of only straight.

Perfect housebuild. Also in a Dutch setting withing CS. We need more of this.
