Textures - 1024 and 128. All maps present including colour variations on the shutters.

Props and decoration - A few lights, an entry point and a deck chair, so you'll occasionally see a cim lounging about on the side stoop. No DLCs or dependencies.

About
This is another downtown Charlottetown residential-type building. I didn't know until the other day that it's actually a hostel. Google street view here[www.google.ca].

There's some interesting geometry going on with the building so I figured it would be a good one to begin the Level 2s in the collection with. I don't have anything else to say, other than that it always looks well-maintained every time I walk past it.

As usual, if you encounter any issues, please let me know. This will level from any vanilla 2x2 Level 1 residential - and possibly some 2x3 and 2x4s. The game does that. The template used is the 2x2 detached 01. Strictly a growable, I won't be creating a RICO version or anything like that.
