Impact Wrestling's Eli Drake has been wrestling since 2002, initially working under names like Deuce and ♥♥♥♥ Rick.

Drake signed with WWE in 2013 and appeared once as Slate Randall in an NXT dark match. He was released in 2014, and joined TNA early on in the following year.

Drake debuted as part of The Rising alongside Drew Galloway and Micah to take on The Beat Down Clan. The group was dissolved after losing to the BDC, and Drake became a singles wrestler.

Drake found his greatest success in 2017, after winning the GFW Global Championship in a 20-man gauntlet match. Drake held the title until February 2018 when he lost handily to Austin Aries.
