Bs CONDO HI-RISE NO-RICO 03-L4 by HGscMENTOR

This is a non-RICO, LEVEL 4, version of the L5 building found at http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1280335859 ... created for the areas of my gamesave that never seem to get property values over L4. This way, I can have my same pretty highrises in those areas as well. Only visible difference between the L4 and the L5 is that the L5 has trees in front and the L4 has white flower bushes in front.

You can use the Realistic Population Mod to give these highrises more residences per building without resorting to the RICO mod to do so.

Hello, I'm relatively new to building mods...just how do I use these please? They look terrific and just what I need with my 400K city to max population a little more. I can't find any buildings, so do they just grow randomly? Thanks for sharing your set, I'll grab them all!

My apologies to the first 4 subscribers of this asset. I forgot to add the Garden Cluster's Pack to the required items and without it you will have no flowering bushes at the front of the building. So unsub and resub to get it.
