FPS booster script NO BACKDOOR

My first script, this will help low end pc and weak pc's to run the game a bit smoother, to use it you just need to press f9 once in game, and just click on the "ON" button the "OFF" button make your game look nice again so it disables the fps boost, please note that this will WORK ONLY IN MP and that the script needs to be INSTALLED ON BOTH CLIENT AND SERVER, if not it will be buggy (press f9 once and get 5 windows i don't know why this happens).
If you want you can edit the code do whatever you want with it, and of course no backdoor let me say it again no backdoor and there will be no backdoors in any of my addons/ scripts.
