Ostheer Military Advisor [Legacy]

I have literally no idea how advisor stuff works anymore. But this version seems to be more compatible with the latest versions?

An advisor using the voice lines from the Wehrmacht announcer in Company of Heroes 2. As COH2 is a game set during World War II, I obviously wasn't able to get an exact line for every notification, so I would reccomend checking the notification tabs until you get used to the new lines. If you didn't know, the voice actor that performed these lines, Wolf Kahler, is the same one that played Colonel Dietrich in Raiders of the lost ark and the german general in Band of Brothers.

The in-game is "Osheer" instead of "Ostheer", I realise that now, but it's too much effort to correct it.

The mod should work with future versions.
