Hi I made these pillars for a bit more of a rustic scene. Barns, taverns, porches or where ever you think they belong.
I doubled the integrity for 2x the strength and added the metal brackets to show where the strength is. These are also on a variant all six so no cluster in your inventory ;) Hope you enjoy thanks.

Ah, that makes sense. I'd been experimenting with them over the last few days, and was having a difficult time figuring out whether or not they were actually bearing structural load.

In any event, thank you for both the helpful answer and the many excellent mods you've produced! They really help the game feel more complete than it is.

You can only read the amount by holding hammer in hand to read the deconstruction which displays Integrity. Small blocks have no construction so no read.

For clarification, should I be reading your last comment that only large blocks do that to mean "only large blocks count for structural support" or "you can only view the amount of load a block is supporting for large blocks"?

thanks but I think only large blocks do that. I made these small blocks so they can be used more openly.

Update- Vanilla textures from .64 are no longer needed. Removed them and redid the pillars with new textures and new bounding box for better mountpoints and placement. I also added a Large Reinforced Pillar
