Dr. Mummy

The Pharaohs of ancient Egypt were obsessed with eternal life. Theologians, philosophers, and physicians were afforded vast resources to discover the secret of immortality. One such man learned much, but kept his greatest secret to himself.

Dr. Mummy originated in Glue-Man Comics (don't bother looking it up), written and drawn by a friend of mine, and I appropriated him for use in City of Villains and now FPWW. He was always more of a mastermind villain than a brawler, but as another friend once observed, he's had thousands of years to build his confidence.

His style concept is a combination of ruthless brutality and medical knowledge, along with a mummy's natural resistance to damage. He's intended to be a lower card villain.

Stats and moves are done, logic looks fine, he's behaving like I want him to in testing. 174 points but not very efficient.
