描述
this addon adds a command for admin uses!
USAGE
"!pf" chat command to freeze all props on the server
"ulx propfreeze" console command that does the same
Note, this addon does not display a glow effect when frozen
Note, you need ULX and ULIB to use this addon

No, it just adds a command that freezes all props on the server in the case that someone is spamming props (basically an emergency command)
