SovMod Apartments 2 [RICO]

Apartment building, constructed in soviet modernism style. It is based on the complex of buildings, created in 1980-s in Leningrad. This is a unique apartment complex, which has absorbed traits of the brutalism and avant-garde. For example, it has double-leveled flats and huge public spaces inside.

It is RICO-compatiable level 2 high density residential building. If you don`t have RICO, you can find it in the parks tab.

The model has 5k tris and custom 190 tris LOD. High-poly model has texture 1024*1024 and LOD texture is 128*256. Size is 8*4 tiles.
