EG* - Cleaner System UI

This mod makes the system view cleaner by minimising various clutter. To completely remove all lines and the navigation arrows (best for screenshots), use Cinematic System Ul.

System view changes:
- Hidden planet orbit lines at closer zooms, at made them more subtle at higher zooms.
- Decreased the size of the navigation arrows and removed their text.
- Hidden outer system border.
- Made inner system border more subtle.

Savegame friendly.
Disables Achievements.
