First-Person server add-on (Legacy)

UPDATE: THIS MOD IS NO LONGER USED AND NOT REQUIRED TO PLAY THE BASE FIRST-PERSON MOD.
If you want to host a local non-caves server and plan to play with friends, you just need to disable the "Simulate Darkness" setting in the base mod to prevent the visual bugs.

This is the add-on mod for hosts using "Pickle's First-Person mod" to ensure that you wont be invisible to players who join your server.
(NOTE: This does not enable first-person view. It is meant to be used IN ADDITION TO the clientside first-person mod)





YOU ONLY NEED TO ENABLE THIS MOD ON YOUR SERVER IF:
-Caves are not enabled
-you aren't hosting a dedicated server
-(if you don't know what a dedicated server is, its probably not a dedicated server)
-You plan on actually playing in first person (switching to normal view will allow them to see you again)
-You plan on people actually joining your server

You do NOT need this mod if:
-Caves are enabled
-The server is a dedicated server
-You're just playing by yourself


(This mod is known to be buggy, and I would recommend you play a world with caves enabled so that you don't need to use this add-on mod)


EDIT - 5-30-18
WHILE USING THIS MOD, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED YOU DISABLE THE "Simulate Darkness" SETTING IN THE MOD-CONFIG MENU OF THE MAIN FIRST-PERSON MOD (not this mod, the main mod)
This will hopefully solve some of the issues causing other players on the server to see objects as very dark or invisible.

This server-side mod is simply to fix the issue that causes your character to appear invisible to other players that join your server.

This mod is not "required" to play in first person. You'll just be invisible to your friends if it isnt on.
