描述
Not to spit on the modders who made the exact same thing as me before, but I prefer not to have 3 or 4 seperate mods for essentialy one thing.

Guys, even if the supported version below is not up to date, the mod will most likely work just fine. It is just one changed file, which doesnt get changed a lot by Paradox.

Supported version: 1.8.0

Features:

- Non-Aligned colour changed back to a slighty more white

- War impact on world tension from 0.25 to 0.75
- Join faction impact on world tension from 0.3 to 0.1

- Can force government to yes
- Can puppet to yes
- Can send volunteers to yes

- Removed (set to Zero):
generate_wargoal_tension = 0.5
lend_lease_tension = 0.4
send_volunteers_tension = 0.4

- Drift defence factor from -0.3 to -0.15
- Added faction modifier drift defence factor 0.35 to counter previous malus if in faction

- Can be boosted to yes

- Added political advisor to boost popularity in own country
- Added event to overthrow government if popularity is >50%, with 3 options: yes, no and civil war

Not compatible with mods that change 00_ideologies.txt for example big mods like RT56 or MD.

how about making a "Improved Non-Aligned" that doesn't change stats but instead make monarchism deeper, like a marrying stystem

i tried boosting ideology using intel network but its not changing, is it because the intel network is too weak or its a bug?

@Olmo please read the description. If it does not work however please let me know, I dont play hoi4 at the moment.
