AyyKyu's Improved Screen Effects (fading blood stains edit)

描述
I really loved AyyKyu's incredible Improved Screen Effects mod, but I found the permanent blood stains on the side of the screen to be distracting and a bit overkill. So I looked up a few tutorials and edited the file myself, it took a bit of trial and error but I managed to get rid of them. Now, instead of staying on screen until the safe room, the blood stains fade away after anywhere between 4 and 20 seconds. That still leaves plenty of time to enjoy gallons of blood splashing in your face, without sacrificing your peripheral vision.

Also, as Drag0n pointed out, this mod adds a cartoonish green goo effect to the Boomer's explosion. I like the effect myself, but some may not.

I might be wrong about this, but I think it has ANOTHER subtle effect; the Smoker's body particles seem more... pronounced? Could be wrong, tried to take some comparison shots but they only look different in motion.

@Drag0n Hope I'm not butting in! I think it makes sense considering, in the lore, most of the Boomer's mass is entirely boomer bile anyway

I'm glad you like the effect too. Idk if I would call it "cartoony" though... or at least its no more cartoony than how boomer bile looks lol.

@Drag0n oh shit is that it?? I could never remember which mod that effect was from. I like the effect as well, gonna add it to the description

IDk if you knew about this, but this mod and the original have an additional effect; they add green to the Boomer's explosion. I'm not complaining (it's a really nice effect), but you might want to add that to the description.

@Breezy same as this but the blood stains wouldn't fade until you reached a loading screen.
