[AES] Switchblade Airspeeder

The Switchblade Airspeeder was designed upon request from AES field engineers who needed a cheap, fast and reliable form of personal transport. Despite being called an airspeeder, the Switchblade's hydrogen thrust platform allows it to operate in all environments (provided the user has a sufficient personal oxygen supply), as well as hover at any orientation in 1G of gravity without losing altitude.
