The IBM "Toronto Lab" is one of two IBM facilities located in the Greater Toronto Area (specifically the City of Markham). This large facility opened in 2001 and is the largest software development laboratory on Canada, and IBM's third largest.

The building is actually in Unionville, Markham, but if you look it up on Google Maps, it shows "IBM software lab, Toronto" so... I guess you're right?
