@Ryulchiro I have no idea if this would help but in case you haven't thought of it, maybe you could check out the "Crises ~ Tri-Attack" mod and the way it's coded or ask the guy who runs it how he got it to work? I haven't tried it yet but it says "Do different crisis factions fight each other? → Yes." in the description.

that is possible in vanilla
khan is a mid-game crisis and doesn't influence or block end-game crises like the swarm

So with this it'll be possible for the swarm and khan can happen at the same time?

When that's even possible, I'm not sure the modules are even editable.
