odd tho that this even can be an issue, considering i thought they just made the whole hivemind/machine empire flaver simply a thing of swaping variables
for this mod (and the buildings) the machine empire version of the planetary administration (the Planetary Processor) doesnt count as the administration, thus preventing the building to be built
(found it out with the teldar building)
