Tired of staring at the empire vanilla colours?! want something thats still lorefriendly?!





Welcome Friends!

I HAD to make this one as i wanted to spice up my next empire campaign play through! and thought this was a simple and appealing alteration to the empire faction. I have used the Altorf colour scheme (red and blue) simply because the first city you own as the empire is of course Altdorf! i got the RGB values from the ROR "Royal Altdorf Gryphites" diffuse and used them as the faction colours that way its CA's exact colours for Altdorf :)

Compatible with most mods aslong as they dont change the Empire faction colour, also save friendly :)
will be compatible with most empire Reskins :)

This 'sort of' works with the Uniforms and Heraldry of the Empire. Your troops are red with blue highlights. I think that's because the Uniforms and Heraldry of the Empire mod changes most of the uniform of the Reikland troops to be white, with tiny bits of red.

It is unbelievable how good the Altdorf scheme looks. I'm amazed it doesn't pop up more often in various bits of Warhammer media!

Here's hoping everything's all good for you and you'll be able to get this mod to work again whenever suits you (assuming it can be made to work). I really appreciate the detail of matching the colour palette to that of the Royal Altdorf Gryphites. It helps anchor it in that vanilla TW:W feel, and looks great when you've got the Gryphites in an army.

Dude, it doesn't work. Not a surprise, non of recolor mods are working after the last update... Please reply here who knows any solution to that.

I have your Lorefriendly Empire Reskin, but no matter which i put on top of load order, i only get the white/red scheme
