Adds an entity that replicates the flare from Hunt Down The Freeman!

Update Changelogs are located in the Change Notes.

FEATURES

Adds a flare entity that can be found under "Fun + Games"
The flare lights up everything around (red)
The flare stays forever, may add another one that dies out

can you make it pickupable like in the hl2 episodes

Nevermind, I discovered what was wrong: Gmod had not mounted my copies of HL2: episodes 1 and 2. Remounting them caused the flare to appear and work normally.

I tried to spawn a flare and got this error message:
