ADA, WAIT!!!

Greetings, muchachos.

If it isn't obvious already, this addon will replace your footstep sounds with those of Resident Evil 2 & 3.

As part of my obvious old-school Resident Evil obsession, I decided to upload my Footsteps modification.
It's simple and probably only took me a day or two to make. Had to do a fair bit of troubleshooting while I found the proper sounds to replace, along with the specific kbs speed Source would let me use.

The sounds are the highest quality that I can make without breaking the dumb thing (352kbs).

Anyway, it's just a small addon to tie you guys over while I work on some bigger Resident Evil stuff. Including the next map. Cheers!

@Gordon Freeman I have your solution! :)
Load up GMod, open the console, and type snd_updateaudiocache, followed by snd_restart.
This should fix your problem :)

Bruh, for some reason these footsteps make static SCREECHING noises.
It makes ears want to die, so please, I need solution.
