Tac-Sac Foregrip

Made as a test for sculpting, texture painting and baking normalmaps/AO.

Replaces:
- Viewmodels and worldmodels for both teams,
- (Added) Viewmodel and worldmodel textures,
- VGUI icons.

Notes:
- The polycount is about 4 times higher than the original models. Shouldn't be a detriment towards performance either way,
- Doesn't replace foregrips on SMGs or AK molded grips,
- Viewmodel foregrip orientation is incorrect on M16A4 and M4A1. Flipping the model around would make it incorrect for Mk18. Weird inconsistency on NWI's part,
- Worldmodel orientation on Insurgent side is also ambiguous,
- Fingers do clip through the viewmodel on shotgun reloads,
- The blue variant of the Tac-Sac is not available in this mod.
