Hey, sorry for taking so long to respond. I know that the trees among other things on this island are problems, the first of which is the turrets. This was built before turrets were in-game and after playing with them in H 1 I believe this island has a bit much. The second issue being the fact that this was my first island and I heavily used large assets instead of making my own, the ones in particular the Sabor buildings. These are not fun to explore because it is tedious to check in each room for loot, and by having loot in a lot of the rooms the loot inside will be lower quality decreasing motivation to explore. With the Sabor buildings it is very hard to balance interest and motivation. The third problem being the trees, because I used large assets I had a large amount of complexity untouched, so I filled it with trees thinking it was a good thing to have a lot of trees when in reality it is laggy, hard to dock, and hard to maneuver about the island.
For these reasons I will not be fixing this island to keep it from going into the game. The idea behind it is good but the island needs to be redone from the ground up. A future project. It'll probably end up being Kioki as well. =P
Thanks for commenting and reading this, I recommend you take a look at my newer islands as they are much higher in quality. =]
