Completely changes how the AI works to be more interesting to play against, while supporting all available units from every faction:

New planning layer:
- will progressively build more expensive unti and avoid using cheap unit later game
- will use longer buying cycles when appropriate to build mp reserves
- reacts to losses and can shorten buying cycles if it needs more infantry
- will buy unit in batches to make solid waves and heroes when on the losing side
- testing mode waves gets progressively stronger
- added a minimum wait between purchases to avoid spawning one unit after each other if camped
- added a longer timeout after a hero unit purchase to avoid overbyuing them

New strategic layer:
- ai will organize units in two to four platoon according to the game stage
- each platoon is independent and will try to capture a neutral or enemy point
- once ai controls the map, ai will push one flag at a time with a larger platoon and send untis back in defense
- a small group of independent units will be roaming around flags, scouting



Let me know your feedback on different nations and game sizes! It's hard to tune everything for every nation and to get the balance between infantry, tanks, early and late units right.
