FYI this mod is no longer needed if you play the 2.0.2 beta as they fixed it

Just tested and it seems that it will only work with a new game.

Thanks a ton! Two games got ruined already because every empire was a slaving despot. Now I don't have to wait for the hotfix to keep playing. Much appreciated!

your welcome; I think they said they would have a patch out early this week so this mod won't be needed for long I hope.

Any empire that is authoritarian and not pacifist/xenophile will almost always be slaving despots now until they fix it.

The new update removed half the requirements from them for some reason; they don't even need to be decadent or have slaving guilds to be slaving despots now.
